TMR is a new approach to pain relief and here is how it works:

We find asymmetries / imbalances in the body by using 4 or 5 easy motions, comparing right and left sides. What makes TMR unique is we focus treatments and exercises to the direction of ease, comfort and strength, avoiding the pain and dysfunction. This dramatically releases restricted motions and eases pains. Most patients complete our initial visit and report relief of >80% . They have more motion and less pain.
